Sour Cream Coffee Cake

1 Stick Butter

1 1/2  Cup Sugar

2 Eggs

1 Cup Sour Cream

2 Teaspoons Vanilla

2 Cup Flour

1 Teaspoons Baking Powder

1 Teaspoons Baking Soda

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Cup (or to taste) Chopped Nuts/Cinnamon 

Sm amount of milk (added to batter when mixing)

Preheat oven to 350-Grease baking pan

Beat butter and 1 C sugar until fluffy

Add in eggs one at a time

Stir in Sour Cream and Vanilla

Sift together dry ingredients and blend all with hand mixer into one bowl

Add milk and beat for 3 minutes (makes cake fluffier)

Spoon half of the batter into pan (sprinkle with Sugar/Cinnamon/Nuts/ and Chocolate Chips that have been mixed together in a small bowl)

Add remaining batter & repeat Sugar/Cinnamon mixture

Bake 50-55 minutes until toothpick inserted comes clean

Let cool and remove from pan
