Blackberry-Molasses

1 Cup Blackberries

1 Clove Garlic-crushed

1/4 Cup Ketchup

1/2 Tablespoon molasses

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp hot sauce

1 tsp sugar

Salt & pepper

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.

Strain through a fine-mesh strainer.

Heat in a pot to reduce, and use as a glaze for ribs
