Chickpea Salad

1 can chickpeas (garbanzos) drained rinsed, and slightly mushed, leaving some in big pieces

2 stalks celery finely diced

2 scallions finely diced

Cilantro-about a tablespoon chopped fine

Squeeze of lime

Spices all to taste

Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

Mustard Powder

Paprika

Cumin

Curry (small amount)

Coriander

Cayenne

Mayonnaise to taste

Put all ingredients into bowl and mix to combine.

I put it on toast with tomato slices.
